Terms & Conditions

Any order made to private customers to TWELVE on www.twelvebeauty.com is subject with no limitations to the present Terms and Conditions. Private customers are hereby defined as private individuals who restrict the usage of TWELVE skincare products to their own personal needs or those of their family and friends.

1. Orders

1.1. All available products are displayed on the corresponding page of www.twelvebeauty.com unless indicated as being out of stock.

1.2. Individual prices listed on www.twelvebeauty.com include VAT and any other applicable UK takes and duties.

2. Payment

2.1. Orders placed directly on www.twelvebeauty.com are processed for major credit cards using PayPal secure payment facilities.

3. Deliveries

3.1. Orders are generally processed and shipped within two working days after the reception on www.twelvebeauty.com

3.2. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.

4. Returns

4.1. Customers may return goods within a period of 28 following delivery without having to specify a reason for return. Only items in perfect original conditions and sealed packages suitable for immediate resale may be returned. Under these conditions only, the returned for its paid price, excluding initial delivery charges, within a period of 14 days following the notification of return. Return freight charges and any risk associated with return shipping are the customer’s sole responsibility.

4.2. All returned parcels need to be identified with a return number, which must be requested by electronic mail from info@twelvebeauty.com. This request must mention the invoice number of the original order. The date at which TWELVE BEAUTY receives a request for a return number via electronic mail is deemed to be the date of the notification of return. TWELVE BEAUTY will not accept any parcel sent without a return number nor any parcel returned postage due. Returned parcels must be addressed to TWELVE BEAUTY, Universal House, 88-94 Wentworth Street, unit 10.Confidentiality

4.3. No customer details submitted in the checkout section of www.twelvebeauty.com are shared or passed to any third party with the exception of companies used by TWELVE BEAUTY for the processing and dispatching of orders. Contact information and addresses are used only in processing orders. TWELVE BEAUTY strictly conforms to laws applicable to the confidentiality of personal data.

4.4. In conformity with UK law related to protection of personal data provided on-line, customers of TWELVE BEAUTY may have access to their personal data which they may modify or delete. Such requests must be sent by post to TWELVE BEAUTY, Universal House, 88-94 Wentworth Street, unit 10.

5. General provisions

5.1. TWELVE BEAUTY reserves the right to amend the present Terms and Conditions at any time with a new version of Terms and Conditions published on their website at www.twelvebeauty.com. The Terms and Conditions applicable to any order are those published on www.twelvebeauty.com at the date of the order

5.2. A failure by TWELVE BEAUTY to exercise or to delay in exercising a right provided by the present Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of the right, nor a waiver of other rights. No single partial exercise of a right under the present Terms and Conditions shall prevent any further exercise of the right or the exercise of any other right.

5.3. TWELVE BEAUTY may not be held responsible for any failure to perform an obligation of the present Terms and Conditions in the case of force majeure or in any circumstances beyond its reasonable control such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, act of God, governmental regulations, strikes, riots or the like, or shortages of supplies.

5.4. The present Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with them shall be governed by UK law.
